Moulding Grade Arcylic Sheet

Molding Grade Acrylic Sheets are produced through the extrusion process. Similar to cast acrylic, extruded acrylic offers several advantages. Firstly, it is more economical. Secondly, extruded acrylic sheets possess excellent optical properties, just like their cast counterparts.

One notable difference is that extruded acrylic sheets have a lower melting point compared to cast acrylic. This makes them highly thermoformable, bendable, and moldable, as they are more malleable than cast acrylic sheets. Additionally, these sheets bond well and can be effectively polished using flame polishing or a buffing machine. This enhances the durability of the final product, as minor surface scratches can be easily polished or buffed away.
